Job summary

Enable is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring clear communications and timely service delivery across multiple sites. The role drives compliance, budget control, and contractor management within a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a small team, manage CAFM data, liaise with site managers, and contribute to sustainability and process improvements while travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance for multiple sites (leisure, offices, community spaces).
• Schedule reactive and preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Manage repairs and maintenance budget and contracts.
• Ensure clearance of certificates in internal systems (Concerto, SharePoint).
• Collaborate with Site Managers to improve H&S and sustainability.
• Oversee CAFM system data analysis and reporting.
