Job summary

Access Industry Apprenticeships is seeking an Apprenticeship Industry Trainer to deliver engaging learning for our Business Administrator (Level 3), Customer Service (Levels 2 & 3), and Team Leader / Supervisor (Level 3) standards. The role is predominantly online with local employer workshops and offers a full-time contract with part-time flexibility.

You will train and support around 40–45 active apprentices, monitor progress, and ensure EPA readiness while engaging employers to align

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering vocational or apprenticeship training in business, admin, customer experience, or leadership.
• Solid understanding of ESFA funding rules, EPA preparation, and Ofsted EIF.
• Level 2 (or higher) in Maths and English.
• Teaching (AET/CET/DET) or Assessor (CAVA/TAQA) qualifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent virtual delivery, organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver & Educate: Lead high-quality virtual webinars, workshops, and 1-to-1 coaching.
• Manage Caseload: Support a portfolio of 40-45 active apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
• Track & Guide: Monitor progress, ensure off-the-job training compliance, and coordinate individualised learning plans.
• Employer Engagement: Work with employers and line managers to align workplace learning with apprenticeship standards.
