Job summary

Locomotivation is seeking a Training Specialist - Management to support apprentices across management programmes. Based from home, you will travel to employer locations across the South East and beyond as required, delivering and coordinating apprenticeship training and development with a focus on management skills and transferable competencies.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate effective understanding of teaching, coaching, mentoring methods.
• Strong level of competency around IT systems and procedures.
• Hold full UK driving licence and have a vehicle for business use.
• Maths and English at GCSE C or above.

Responsibilities

• Training and support for apprentices across management programmes, including standards and skills.
• Plan apprenticeship programmes with Quality Team Leader and Account Manager.
• Involve in recruitment, initial assessment, sign-up and induction of apprentices.
• Promote British values of democracy, safeguarding, H&S and E&D.
• Manage and resource training and support activities.
• Record, administer and support apprentices using eAssessor, Enable/Get to Gateway, Teams, email and visits.
• Collaborate with administration across the role.
• Report to Account Manager and Quality Team Leader to ensure delivery and QA/audit.
• Travel and manage own time effectively; stay away on business as required.
