Job summary

You will follow up warm inbound leads, perform discovery conversations, explain AI solutions clearly, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the founders. The role offers base salary plus commission and direct access to the founders.

Qualifications

• Confident on the phone with high call volumes.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive and resilient.
• Familiar with AI tools and eager to learn about LLMs and agentic AI.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Follow up warm inbound leads and make targeted cold calls.
• Run initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
• Explain AI solutions clearly to prospective clients.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for the founders.
• Help build the sales function with progression to Head of Sales.
