Responsibilities

• Response Ownership: manage RFPs/RFIs/bids from intake to submission.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate Sales, Pricing, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services.
• AI & Drafting: use AI-powered tools to draft tailored proposals.
• Human-in-the-Loop Validation: review AI output for compliance and accuracy.
• Gap & Compliance Analysis: ensure alignment with client specs.
• Knowledge Asset Management: capture and refresh successful narratives and win themes.
