Qualifications

• 5+ years in bid management, proposal writing or sales support.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered RFP software and LLM workflows.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear customer value stories.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of competitive RFPs and RFIs from intake to submission.
• Direct AI systems to scaffold drafts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate across Sales, Pricing, and Solution Consulting to mitigate risks.
• Capture competitive differentiators to enrich the knowledge library.
