SATS Ltd. is establishing a new deal and bid management capability in the UK.

The Senior Bid Manager will act as the central orchestrator for complex RFPs and tenders across EMEA and North America, coordinating with Sales, Pricing, Legal and Service Delivery to deliver high-quality, commercially sound proposals. The role requires a proactive self-starter with an AI-first mindset, capable of working autonomously while aligning with strategic goals and delivering structured bid processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Pre-Sales or bid management experience.
• Aviation or ground & cargo handling experience is essential.
• SGHA knowledge is a differentiator.
• Proven multi-workstream bid PM under hard deadlines.
• Stakeholder management and influence without authority across regions and functions.
• Hands-on with bid tooling and AI solutions; takes initiative.
• Excellent written narrative and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFP intake register and qualification gate: scope, win-odds and capacity assessment.
• Build and run the end-to-end bid plan across workstreams with cadences and deadlines.
• Organise the mandatory RFP strategy kick-off and gate packs.
• Coordinate SGHA, SLA and contract alignment with pricing and legal teams.
• Develop boilerplate templates; evaluate AI/RFP tooling (e.g., Loopio).
• Own portal submission and ensure zero-error, timezone-aware delivery.
• Facilitate win/loss debriefs after each RFP; maintain the bid process library between bids.
