• Fully annotated Independent Prescriber with active IP annotation.
• Experienced in adult ADHD or relevant adult mental health practice.
• Ability to stay calm and structured in a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured ADHD diagnostic assessments and deliver feedback.
• Initiate, titrate, and review ADHD medication within guidance.
• Maintain accurate, auditable records of assessments and treatment.
