Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking qualified Clinical Coding Auditors, Trainers and ACC Coders who want to progress into Audit or Training. This remote role offers a structured development pathway in a leading healthcare organisation with a focus on coding quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Clinical Coding Auditors, Trainers or ACC Coders with progression interest
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and OPCS-4 classifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Accurately assign ICD-10 and OPCS-4 codes per national standards
• Maintain high coding accuracy, quality and productivity
• Ensure compliance with national Clinical Coding standards and guidance
• Support coding quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build relationships with clinicians and operational stakeholders
• Contribute to service development and coding quality improvement projects
