Job summary

Hall & Kay Fire Engineering in Ascot is seeking a Quotations Coordinator to manage RFQs for remedial, repair and maintenance works. You will liaise with suppliers, review quotes for accuracy, and ensure proper scope, costs and timelines are captured.

You will translate technical specs into customer requirements, assess pricing reasonableness, and present recommendations to clients and decision-makers. A strong eye for detail and procurement understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sprinkler, property management, facilities management, or construction.
• Understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and remedial works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for quote comparisons.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards (desirable).
• Experience within sprinkler industry (desirable).
• Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs for remedial works, repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
