Job summary

Hall & Kay, based in Ascot, is seeking a Remedials Co-ordinator to manage quotation processes for remedial, repair, and maintenance works in our service business. You will act as the primary contact between suppliers and clients to obtain accurate pricing and scope details for corrective works.

The role requires reviewing building defect reports and translating specifications into clear scope requirements, assessing pricing against market data, and documenting all quotes and approvals to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, facilities management, or construction administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing technical documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for quote comparisons.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple quotes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs for remedial, repair, and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with approved suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
• Review quotes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
• Present quote comparisons and recommendations to clients and decision-makers.
• Maintain records of quotes, correspondence, and approvals in relevant systems.
