Qualifications

• Experience in property management, facilities management, or construction administration.
• Understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and remedial works.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing technical documentation.
• Proficient in Excel for quote comparisons.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs for remedial, repair, and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
• Review quotes for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure quotes cover scope, materials, labour, and timelines.
• Review defect reports and maintenance logs to determine works.
• Interpret specs into clear scope requirements for customers.
• Verify quotes align with defects and compliance.
• Assess pricing against market rates.
• Communicate with suppliers and clients to clarify scope and negotiate pricing.
• Present quote comparisons and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain quote status updates and timelines.
• Keep records of quotes, correspondence, and approvals.
• Ensure quotes meet regulatory requirements.
• Document variations to scope.
• Identify opportunities to streamline quotation process.
• Build relationships with supplier networks.
• Contribute to standard specifications and pricing benchmarks.
