Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a Remedials Coordinator to manage and coordinate quotation processes for remedial, repair, and maintenance works within the service business. You will be the main point of contact between suppliers and clients for obtaining accurate pricing and specifications for corrective remedial works.

You will review quotes for scope, materials, labour costs and timelines, interpret technical specs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing quotes and remedial works across building portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review technical documentation and identify scope requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs for remedial, repair, and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and timelines.
• Review quotes for accuracy, scope, and regulatory compliance.
• Verify pricing against defects and market rates.
• Present quote comparisons and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain records of quotes and approvals.
