Job summary

1st Homecare is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Nottingham to provide essential support for a lady in her home. As part of a caring team, you will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities, ensuring she lives independently and happily.

This role requires flexibility with hours, including shifts between 7 am and 10 pm. The position offers a competitive rate of £12.71 per hour, 28 days paid holiday, and fully accredited training for career development.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism is desirable.

We’re looking for a kind, dedicated, and reliable relief support worker to join our friendly team in Nottingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a lovely lady in her own home, helping her to live as independently and happily as possible.

About the Role

You’ll play an important role in providing day‑to‑day support with:

  • Personal care and daily living tasks
  • Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and medication support
  • Attending appointments and supporting social activities

You’ll be working within a small, supportive team who truly care about the people we support.

Working Hours

The hours for this role include shifts between 7 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, plus sleep‑ins. No two days are the same — and you’ll always go home knowing you’ve made a difference.
