Job summary

United Response Mansfield is seeking a Relief Support Worker to empower individuals to live their lives with independence. You will build meaningful relationships with the people supported, helping with daily routines, personal care, finances and appointments, while using a digital Nourish app for care plans.

Role involves zero-hour relief work with a supportive team and values inclusion, dignity and respect in all interactions.

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies.

As part of your role, you will be using a digital app called Nourish, where all care and support plans of the people we support are held. Experience of using a digital or mobile app would be desirable however full training will be given.

The successful candidate will be subject to a full DBS check the cost of which to be met by United Response.
