Job summary

Real Life Options is recruiting Relief Support Workers to deliver person-centred support in clients' own homes within the HA5 area and surrounding locations. You will follow daily plans to promote independence, dignity and inclusion while assisting with daily tasks and personal care.

Shifts cover days, evenings, weekends and waking nights; an enhanced DBS is required. The role offers accredited training, a pension scheme and access to health benefits and employee support services.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing person-centred support in customers' own homes.
  • Willingness to work across multiple shifts (days, evenings, weekends, nights).
  • DBS clearance (enhanced) required.

Responsibilities

  • Follow daily planners to ensure consistent support.
  • Assist with personal care and financial expenditure.
  • Provide domestic tasks and household support.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Help individuals take part in local community activities.

About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion. Your role will include:

  • Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
  • Assisting with financial expenditure
  • Supporting with personal care
  • Domestic tasks and household support
  • Administration of medication

A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals to take part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
