Mitie Group plc. is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard shop floors, deter theft and provide excellent customer service. The role covers multiple stores in the Rugby area with flexible shifts and paid lunch breaks.

You will monitor CCTV, work with store teams and local authorities, and contribute to a safe, positive shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Deter theft, anti-social behaviour, and public order offences.
• Carry out regular store patrols.
• Operate CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Work closely with store management teams.
• Support partnerships with Police and local crime networks.
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety onsite.

£13.23 per hour + Paid Lunch Break

Must be able to drive and cover the following stores.
Rugby, Northampton, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Kettering.

What You'll Be Doing
