Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to protect shop floor safety, deter theft and enhance customer experience. You will provide a visible presence, deliver great service and work with management to ensure a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Deter theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences.
• Carry out regular store patrols.
• Operate CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Work closely with store management teams.
• Support partnerships with Police and local crime networks.
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
