Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to protect customers and staff on the shop floor. You will deter theft, deliver outstanding service and maintain a calm, professional presence across shifts.

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
• Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences.
• Carrying out regular store patrols.
• Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Working closely with store management teams.
• Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks.
• Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite.
