Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a Reach & Respond Relief Responder to join the team. You will respond to emergency call-outs, assist customers after falls, and provide first aid as needed while installing and testing telecare equipment.

You will keep clear, accurate records and work as part of a caring, customer-focused team. Applicants should be calm under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, and have a person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• A full driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle insured for business use.
• Safeguarding, confidentiality and supporting vulnerable customers awareness is essential.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Attend emergency call-outs and provide practical support to customers.
• Assist customers after falls using specialist equipment.
• Provide first aid where required and ensure safe response.
• Install and test telecare equipment and maintain accurate records.
