Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is seeking a Careline Responder to join our dedicated team in the Workington area. You will respond to alarm calls, assess care needs, install equipment, and provide support to clients in their homes.
The role requires a Full UK driving licence, willingness to work shifts including nights, and a caring, empathetic nature. Training and development are provided along with uniform and a work phone.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,597.00 per annum

A Careline Responder is based at home and responds to calls from our clients - who press their buttons on their alarm units, which automatically comes through to our own friendly Emergency Response Centre. From there, our operators contact the nearest Careline Responder who goes to assess the situation and assist the client or get assistance from the emergency services if a client is injured, this is a role that benefits from people’s life skills.
