Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a Reach & Respond Advisor to join the team on a shift pattern. The role involves 4 x 12-hour shifts, two days and two nights, followed by 6 days’ rest, focused on urgent customer support and emergency repairs coordination.

You will build strong relationships, stay calm under pressure, prioritise calls, and ensure vulnerable customers receive timely assistance. A rewarding role with a focus on community impact.
