Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is hiring a Mobile Emergency Responder to support vulnerable people in their own homes across the High Peak area. You will respond to emergency alarm calls, install TEC equipment, and promote services within local communities.

This full-time role offers 42 hours per week, a company vehicle for business use, ongoing training, and flexible shifts including nights. A full UK driving licence and a caring, responsible approach are essential.

Qualifications

• A caring, responsible nature and a genuine desire to help people.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a suitably insured vehicle.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights), 4 on 4 off.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency alarm calls, assess needs and provide support.
• Install and maintain TEC equipment and demonstrate usage to users.
• Promote Medequip services within local communities to improve access to support.
