Medequip Connect are recruiting a Mobile Emergency Responder to join our nationwide team, working a flexible 24/7 rota and based at home to respond to client alarm calls via our Emergency Response Centre.

You will be part of a supportive team delivering technology-enabled care, with full training provided and a focus on person-centred services to help vulnerable clients remain independent and safe.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to an insured vehicle for business use.
• No specific experience required; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Immediately respond to alarm calls and assess care needs.
• Deal with referrals, install and explain alarm equipment at clients’ premises.
• Undertake last-resort personal care when on a call-out to maintain dignity.
• Assist with promoting the service in local communities.
