McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join their team at Edward House development in Walton on Thames, Surrey.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Senior Care position in the UK.
• Minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• UK-based applications only; no sponsorship offered.

This is not traditional care, this is better!

Salary: £14.93/hour day rate, £12.18/hour sleeping night rate, plus additional pay (see below).

Hours: Flexible, to be agreed with Estate and Operations Managers, including day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Day shifts vary between 08:45-16:30 and 16:15-09:30; night shifts are 21:30-09:00. Relief Care Supervisors sleep from 23:00-07:00, providing emergency support.

• Live within easy commuting distance of the estate.
• Warm, friendly, organized, self-motivated with care experience.
• Preferably with QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or relevant experience and qualifications.
• Willing to manage security, safety, and oversee care/support teams.
• Able to facilitate community activities.
• Motivated to grow skills, lead by example, and make a positive impact on older people's wellbeing.
