McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Bank Duty Manager to join their team at their prestigious development, Wayfarer Place in Alresford.
Wayfarer Place features 30 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom apartments, exclusively for those over 70.
This is not traditional care; this is better!
Base Salary: £14.02 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below).
Hours: To be decided with the Manager per week (includes day and night shifts).
Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.
Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.
Bank Duty Managers sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support only to homeowners throughout that period.

We are seeking a professional Bank Duty Manager to exemplify the high-quality customer standards we are renowned for. You will be a warm, friendly, organized, and self-motivated individual with experience in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
You should have a passion for working in the Health and Social Care sector, preferably holding a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults), though relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
You will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
You will also facilitate activities that foster community spirit within the development and be driven to develop your skills further, lead by example, and think proactively.
Most importantly, you will want to make a positive difference in the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
