Role:

People and Culture Lead

Experience:

10-15 years of work experience in Organizational Development & strategizing People Functions.

Location:

Remote (Bangalore or Delhi preferable)

Role Overview:

Join our mission-driven NGO focused on early childhood education as People and Culture Lead. This is a full-time senior management role where you will lead the People and Admin functions and drive organizational development strategies.

Key Results:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance organizational growth, development, and scaling.
  • Retain and strengthen the organizational culture.
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement pragmatic initiatives to improve team performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on and implement initiatives to retain and foster organizational values and culture.
  • Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Optimize organizational structures and processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance team engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.
  • Advise on people policies to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the admin function and manage offices of various sizes.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in employee experience, organizational development, strategy, or related roles. Experience in high-growth startups or the social sector is preferred.
