McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Bank Duty Manager to join their team at Corbett Court, a Retirement Living Plus development in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Corbett Court is designed specifically for the over 70s, offering a vibrant community for active and independent older people.

Salary and Hours:

• Base Salary: £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (sleeping night rate), plus additional pay (details below)
• Hours: To be discussed with the manager, including day and night shifts
• Day shifts vary between 08:45 - 16:30 and 16:15 - 09:30
• Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00
• Bank Duty Managers sleep from 23:00 to 07:00, providing emergency support as needed
