Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, from entry through to delivery.
• Checking that every order is complete, correct and meets customer requirements.
• Working closely with the account support team to keep customers’ expectations met.
• Keeping sales, operations and support colleagues updated on urgent orders.
• Resolving order queries with care, finding the right solution for the customer.
