Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gérer les relations clients en collaboration avec les Directeurs de Relations.
• Fournir un soutien commercial au téléphone à des leads chaleureux.
• Maximiser la conversion des leads tout en respectant les niveaux de service.

The Relationship Support Manager (RSM) plays a pivotal role, working alongside Relationship Directors to support, build, and maintain relationships with our customer base. The RSM will provide telephone-based service to warm leads, from initial contact through to deal payout. Responsibilities include delivering pre- and post-deal sales support to the RD team, maximizing lead conversion, and adhering to service level agreements. The role is office-based, requiring strong relationship-building and prioritization skills with both internal and external customers.

Required skills/experience:

• Operational administration experience, ideally within financial services or sales
• Ability to learn and navigate CRM and other systems
• Experience in Asset Finance is desirable
• Ability to assess operational risks considering economic, market, and regulatory factors
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Problem-solving abilities
