Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What Will I Be Doing?
You’ll be part of a specialist team providing expert travel solutions outside of standard business hours. Handling urgent bookings, last-minute changes, and complex itineraries, you’ll deliver high-touch support to corporate travellers when they need it most. From flights and hotels to rail and reissues – you’ll take full ownership and provide fast, accurate, and reassuring service.
Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What Experience Do I Need?
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business travel is essential
Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus)
Confident managing ticketing, fare construction, and multi-sector itineraries
Able to work independently with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What Else Do I Need to Know?
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Training: 4-week onboarding programme at the London HQ
Annual leave: 25 days per year (pro-rata)
