• Post transactions on client ledgers including cash receipts, schedules and payments with accuracy and deadlines
• Balance risk and service; ensure invoices are accurate and collectible without harming client/debtor relationships
• Ensure debt purchased is recoverable; verify invoices and supporting documents per company requirements
• Provide excellent client service; be the main daily contact for clients, understanding their business and addressing queries
• Adhere to guidelines; monitor risk using tools and remain compliant with established processes
• Take ownership, be accountable, listen actively and cover colleagues when needed
• Attend department and company meetings and training
