Job summary

M2 Recruitment is seeking a Relationship Executive – Invoice Finance in Manchester. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to implement strategy and ensure clients are funded daily, while accurately processing payments and collaborating across teams to manage risk.

You will liaise with clients regularly, uphold high service standards and explore opportunities for growth within a financial services environment. The role involves daily funding decisions and proactive client management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Invoice Finance or Asset Based Lending.
• Ability to identify client needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with Relationship Manager to implement strategy and align with client needs.
• Ensure clients are funded daily by referring to the appropriate authority.
• Process client payments accurately to meet deadlines and risk parameters.
• Collaborate with Credit Control and Data Processing to keep debtor base fundable.
• Liaise with clients regularly to ensure daily funding and address financial needs.
• Support Relationship Managers in achieving risk standards and monitor daily payments.
• Maintain high client service standards through effective communication and proactive opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities by managing client relationships and exploring new areas.
• Undertake other duties commensurate with role responsibilities.
