Job summary

Maxwell Bond is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for our Manchester hybrid team. You will manage a portfolio of recruitment agency clients, drive referrals, and grow accounts through outbound outreach and face-to-face meetings.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months of outbound sales experience, a track record of hitting KPIs, and strong communication skills to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months outbound sales experience.
• Proven track record meeting sales KPIs and targets.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and generating opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset to identify opportunities beyond servicing accounts.
• Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, financial services, insurance, telecoms or other target-driven sales.
• Confident in face-to-face client meetings and managing multiple relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing recruitment agency clients.
• Proactively contact clients to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Build relationships via phone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and grow accounts.
• Work toward sales targets including outbound calls and talk time.
• Attend client meetings, events and hospitality.
• Manage your pipeline and account performance.
