Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to lead reinstatement teams on highways and sites, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard of quality first time. Qualifications

• NRASWA qualification is required.
• Civils or utilities project experience is beneficial.
• Full and clean driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have operational responsibility for reinstatement teams and in-day activities.
• Organise labour in the most cost-effective way, including recruitment and absence management.
• Coach and develop staff to reach potential; maintain a fair culture.
• Help manage programmes and ensure KPIs are met.
• Liaise with scheduling teams to ensure work is delivered on time.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations, including NRSWA.
