Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement teams across our contract in the Birmingham area. Experience with tarmac, modular and rigid surfaces is advantageous.

We value pride in work and a right-first-time approach to high-quality standards. You will supervise field teams on public highways, building sites and private land, ensuring safe, cost-efficient delivery while meeting client needs.

Qualifications

• A good understanding of the utilities reinstatement sector.
• Previous experience working on civils-related projects.
• NRASWA qualification.
• Full and clean driving license.
• Good awareness of health and safety.
• Computer literate and familiar with basic software packages.

Responsibilities

• Have operational responsibility for the reinstatement teams and their in-day activities.
• Organise labour in the most cost-effective way, including recruitment, disciplinary action, wages and absence management.
• Coach and develop staff to reach their potential; ensuring a fair and consistent culture with the teams.
• Help manage the frame and cover programme and ensure KPIs are met.
• Help manage the defect programme and ensure that KPIs are met and Highway Meetings are attended.
• Liaise with Support Services and Street works Team to ensure FPNs and Section 74 liabilities are managed and focus on a right-first-time attitude.
• Complete Team Inspections, to ensure a high level of compliance with focus on quality and first-time reinstatement.
• Be a Health & Safety Representative, including inspections and investigation of incidents.
