Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement teams on the United Utilities contract in Worsley. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with the scheduling team, and ensure work on public highways and sites is delivered safely and to a high standard.

Experience in Civils projects, NRASWA qualification, and a full clean driving licence are essential. The role emphasizes first-time quality, KPI delivery, and close collaboration with clients

Qualifications

• Experience in the Utilities industry and reinstatement
• NRASWA qualification is required
• Full and clean driving licence held
• Strong health and safety awareness essential
• Computer literacy and basic software familiarity

Responsibilities

• Have operational responsibility for reinstatement teams and in-day activities
• Organise labour cost-effectively including recruitment, wages and absence management
• Coach and develop staff to reach potential and uphold fair culture
• Manage frame and cover programme; ensure KPIs are met
• Manage defect programme; ensure KPIs and highway meetings are met
• Liaise with Support Services and Street Works Team to ensure liabilities are managed
• Complete team inspections to ensure quality and first-time reinstatement
• Act as Health & Safety Representative and conduct safety inspections
