Job summary

United Infrastructure Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Reinstatement Manager to oversee reinstatement works across our highway projects. You will lead live quality audits, site safety inspections, and post-reinstatement checks to ensure compliance with NRSWA and SROH.

You will monitor Street Manager data, manage outstanding defects, and report on trends while collaborating with delivery teams, highway authorities, and inspectors to drive continuous improvement and safer,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reinstatement or highways/utilities.
• NRSWA and SROH knowledge essential.
• Ability to interpret Street Manager data and manage defect workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management with local authorities and inspectors.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live quality audits of reinstatement works on active sites.
• Carry out site safety audits to ensure HSEQ compliance.
• Perform post-reinstatement inspections and defect identification.
• Monitor Street Manager reports and escalate defects.
• Lead joint site walks with highway inspectors and address concerns.
• Report reinstatement performance, risks, and trends to project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in reinstatement practices.
