Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement teams on highways and private sites in Worsley. You will supervise on-site works, ensure first-time quality, and work to meet client requirements.

The role requires experience in tarmac and civils, NRASWA qualification, a full driving licence, and a strong commitment to health and safety. You will coordinate with scheduling and ensure cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

Good understanding of the Utilities industry and Civils related projects.
NRASWA qualification and full driving licence required.
Strong health and safety awareness and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Have operational responsibility for reinstatement teams and their in-day activities.
Organise labour in the most cost-effective way, including recruitment, wages and absence management.
Coach and develop staff to reach their potential; ensure a fair and consistent culture.
Help manage the frame and cover programme and ensure KPIs are met.
Help manage the defect programme and ensure KPIs are met and Highway Meetings are attended.
Liaise with Support Services and Street works Team to manage liabilities and ensure right-first-time attitude.
