Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to lead reinstatement teams across our highways, building sites and private lands. You will arrange labour efficiently, drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction, and work with on-site systems to deliver first-time reinstatement.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities is essential.
• Civils project experience is preferred.
• NRASWA qualification is required or essential.
• Full and clean driving license is mandatory.
• Good health and safety awareness and safe working practices.
• Computer literacy with basic software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reinstatement teams and daily activities.
• Organise labour cost-effectively, including recruitment and absence management.
• Coach staff to maintain high quality and first-time completion.
• Assist in managing programmes and KPIs to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with NRASWA and safety regulations.
• Inspect sites to uphold quality and safety standards.
