Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to lead reinstatement teams on public highway, building sites and private land, delivering high-quality workmanship.

You will organize labour, coach staff, manage programmes, and ensure safety, with experience in tarmac, modular and rigid surfaces preferred.

This role involves coordinating with scheduling, client communications and using Modular+ and client software to log feedback and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• NRASWA qualification required.
• Experience in Civils projects preferred.
• Driving licence (full and clean) essential.
• Strong health and safety awareness expected.
• Computer literacy and basic software skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reinstatement teams and their on-site activities.
• Organise labour efficiently including recruitment, wages and absence management.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve high quality and consistency.
• Help manage frame and cover programme; ensure KPIs are met.
• Support defect programme and ensure KPI targets.
• Engage with scheduling to deliver programmes on time.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders; manage client database systems.
