Qualifications

• Experience in reinstatement for utilities and civils projects is required.
• NRASWA qualification is preferred.
• Full and clean driving license is expected.
• Strong health and safety awareness and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reinstatement teams and in-day activities.
• Organise labour cost-effectively, including recruitment and wages.
• Coach staff to reach potential and maintain fair culture.
• Manage frame/cover programme and meet KPIs.
• Oversee defect programme and attend Highway Meetings.
• Apply knowledge of reinstatement for utilities.
• Maintain customer focus and service standards.
• Use Modular+ and client systems for feedback.
• Coordinate with Support Services and Street Works teams on liabilities and NRSWA compliance.
• Conduct team inspections to ensure quality and first-time reinstatement.
• Act as Health & Safety Representative and handle incidents.
