Job summary

Metro Bank Plc is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Change Specialist to help deliver the Bank's regulatory reporting and finance transformation agenda. The role spans Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Technology and vendors, implementing regulatory changes and future-state solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong regulatory knowledge, stakeholder management skills and experience with Basel 3.1, FINREP, COREP, Pillar 3 and related reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape and experience delivering regulatory change in banking or financial services.
• Excellent knowledge of UK PRA reporting requirements (FINREP, COREP, Pillar 3, liquidity and capital reporting).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale regulatory transformation programmes (Basel 3.1).
• Experience with regulatory reporting platforms such as Moody's Analytics or Vermeg.

Responsibilities

• Interpret regulatory change requirements and assess business impacts with traceability to delivered solutions.
• Gather and validate regulatory requirements, facilitating cross-functional engagement.
• Support Basel 3.1 regulatory reporting transformation initiatives and risk management.
• Analyse data flows and reporting platforms to improve data quality and automation.
• Coordinate vendor and third-party relationships to deliver regulatory changes.
