Metro Bank is seeking an experienced regulatory reporting professional to deliver COREP, FINREP and Bank of England returns with precision and timeliness. You will strengthen control environments, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT to implement reporting changes.

The role demands hands-on experience in producing FINREP and COREP, combined with strong data governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on regulatory reporting experience in financial services.
• Solid understanding of UK regulatory landscape and PRA Basel requirements.
• Able to interpret regulatory reports and explain movements to senior management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver accurate COREP, FINREP and Bank of England regulatory returns.
• Maintain robust regulatory reporting controls and sign-off procedures.
• Drive efficiencies and automation in regulatory reporting and data quality governance.
• Support internal and external audits with evidence and responses.
• Lead and develop junior colleagues within Finance.
