Metro Bank plc is seeking an experienced regulatory reporting professional to join our Finance team in London. You will deliver COREP, FINREP and liquidity returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions while maintaining our control framework.

This role emphasises collaboration across Finance, Risk, Treasury and IT, driving efficiencies, data quality and governance, and supporting audits and junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting within financial services.
• Hands-on FINREP, COREP and Liquidity reporting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of UK regulatory landscape.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; explain findings to management.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven people management and leadership within Finance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver COREP, FINREP and BoE regulatory returns.
• Maintain robust control environment and documentation.
• Drive automation across regulatory reporting.
• Improve data quality and governance with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on PRA, Basel and related requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, IT on reporting changes.
• Support audits and mentor junior colleagues.
