Job summary

A legal recruitment agency is looking for a Regulatory Paralegal to join their team in London on a hybrid basis. You will support the management of Fitness to Practise matters, engage with stakeholders, and perform key legal tasks. REGULATORY PARALEGAL

12 months experience, LONDON/ HYBRID, SALARY UP TO £38,000. This role is an opportunity to join an innovative and high performing busy team in a client facing role. This role is one day per week working from the office, the rest worked remotely. Job ref: 1858

The appointed candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Paralegal and ready to support a reputable organisation in managing Fitness to Practise matters. The team are seeking an individual to commit to the team on a long term basis and develop their regulatory career with them.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Strong background in witness interviewing, drafting, legal research, document management, and administrative tasks related to regulatory affairs.
  • Proven experience of case handling and ability to analyse and assess a large quantity of information and collate it in an organised manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential as you will be fostering strong internal relationships with your team, as well as engaging with external stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 12 months of legal experience required, including casework, witness interviewing and drafting.
  • Legal qualifications at a minimum of degree level; experience in healthcare regulation is essential.
