Job summary

Ipsum Water England & Wales is seeking a Performance Analyst to support the Midlands business through performance reporting, data analysis and insights. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will collect, analyse and report on operational performance across multiple systems, including managing the monthly Performance Bonus Scheme reporting.

You will work with operational teams and group functions to identify trends, highlight improvements and optimise resource utilisation and productivity,

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and producing clear reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Able to work across multiple platforms and systems.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly Performance Bonus Scheme reporting.
• Produce accurate monthly bonus reports and payments.
• Provide performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Analyse data to verify whether performance initiatives deliver results.
• Identify areas for improvement and support productivity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management information.
• Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Support continuous improvement with data-driven recommendations.
