Job summary

The GPhC is seeking a Casework Manager on an 18-month FTC to lead a team of investigators and ensure that cases are thoroughly investigated, risk-assessed, and progressed in line with our policies, procedures and values.

You will be at the front-line of the regulatory work, responsible for managing a busy caseload, quality assurance, case supervision and the personal and professional development of your team, in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Have prior experience in holding management or supervisory positions in a regulatory or investigative context.
• Experience driving performance to meet quality standards and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledge of investigative methods, rules of evidence and healthcare regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of investigators and oversee a busy caseload.
• Provide quality assurance, case supervision and guidance.
• Support development and performance of team members.
