The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is recruiting an Investigation Team Manager to oversee a team of Regulatory Investigators within the Fitness to Practise function. You will ensure cases are managed within SLAs and KPIs, identify high-risk matters, and secure interim orders where needed.

You will lead, coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal and external partners to advance case progression and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in an investigatory, regulatory, legal, or compliance environment.
• Ability to work under pressure handling multiple demands while maintaining standards.
• Strong analytical skills and professional integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a team of Regulatory Investigators, creating accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee complex, high‑risk investigations ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
