Job summary

Blake Morgan LLP is recruiting experienced Case Managers for our Regulatory team, based in Reading or other offices. You will lead regulatory investigations, coordinate with investigators, and prepare statements and reports.

The role involves regular client updates, high‑quality documentation, and input into performance metrics. The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with experience in regulatory work, able to manage investigations, draft allegations if needed, and support clients

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with regulatory investigations experience.
• Experience handling investigations and hearings before regulatory tribunals.
• Ability to prepare reports and communicate progress to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess concerns and prepare a case plan for investigation.
• Assess risk and advise on interim orders as needed.
• Oversee investigations, interview witnesses, and prepare statements.
• Prepare final reports on investigation outcomes and potential actions.
• Keep clients and subjects informed and help gather management information.
